The sample made sure I ordered it. The other chili I sampled (RIO GRANDE)was good, too, but just not as interesting. Please keep up the great work. When I get near the Blvd I try to stop in. Is it possible for you to email me a few days before the Gunslinger or Durango chilis are going to be featured? | Comments: | I eat your Chili every time I go to Jinky's in Sherman Oaks (and that is very often). The "Chili Jumble" truly is the best of both worlds. The wonderful eggs, cheese, potatoes, sour cream, onions, and avocado jumbled with your chili has gotten my day going more then ten times the appendages I have to count.I love the Gunslinger, Mango Chicken, Santa Fe Chicken, Garlic Beef, and Poblano Turkey. Living half way between Jinky's and Chili My Soul, I truly recognize how lucky I am in terms of divine eating. Thanks for the fine, tasty chili. |

I have a somewhat jaundice eye when it comes to commerical BBQ and Chili houses, as what I get to taste in contests, one will never find in a commerical restaurant. But, being that I like hot chili, I made the mistake of sampling the Demon! Ouch! While it did numb my tastebuds and made the other chili's seem too mild, I did buy a 1/2 pint to take home and mix with the 4 other flavors I bought! I've already stopped by twice in one week and since it is on my way home from work, will probably be there at least weekly. It is open at all times, and is also resolvable for private parties as well. My husband went for seconds after U left us, for Gunslinger right after Durango. My boys, 4 and 7 tasted garlic chick, durango and gunslinger and kept saying good mommy, good daddy eventhough they had the yummy fries (which I stole from my little one) and nachos too with tenderfoot for the 7 year old. We took home a couple of pints too. Next time I come by, if it is OK with U I shall bring my curry chili with me just 4 U and your staff to try. Will wait till the demon comes on the always changing daily menu. |

So far I've tried Blanco y Verde, Chicken Royale, Curry Chicken, Espresso Black Bean, Habanero/Mango Chicken, Hickory Turkey, Poblamo Turkey, Spicy Turkey Bean, and Veggie Amor. I enjoyed them all. My least favorite of those I've tried is Hickory Turkey (probably because I've never been a huge hickory fan. My favorite so far is Veggie Amor. Glad you're expanding. Now my husband and I can eat there instead of always having to get our chili to go. |

| Comments: | I am a HUGE chili fan. I could eat chili three meals a day. But here in ole t-town or the cities nearby, other than homemade chili, we are chililess. By the sound of your menu and the comments from all the satisfied customers, I am inclined to believe that your chili is awesome. There just seems to be a slight geographical problem. Seeing how you are on the west side of the US and I am in the middle I stand to be out of luck in visiting your chili emporium. Although the closest I have ever come to California was about 20 years ago while in New Mexico, I dare say that I just don't go that way for anyreason. And now I just don't have the time to. But I would be interested in giving you directions to my neck of the woods so you could open a chain here in the twin cities. (Texarkana is in both arkansas and texas) I promise it would not be a mistake to do so. Anyway I can get some chili until then?? Please let me know. Dying for a bowl of chili. |
